Tickets to Singapore Muay Thai Explosion!

Dear friends! as you know, its only 5 days to the big day!! Singapore Muay Thai Explosion 1 !! I'll be having my first ever amatuer muay thai fight so I really hope to have your support once again!

I will only be in the gym on mon and tues this week, so if you want me to help u buy tix pls lemme know by tues afternoon latest alright....

Once again, full details of the event is on the pic... however, pls note that my fight is part of the undercard event, which means it will take place in the afternoon (will only know time on day itself) before the professional fights.

So see you guys there! going out till late that night for sure!!!

Weak from Diarrhoea and the Pokemon Machine

argh.... feeling WEAK now... and its only 11 days from the big day! Getting worried! Afraid if i don't train soon enough i'll not be ready/fit enough/etc...... oh well, keep in your prayers friends!

Anyway, was resting at home the whole of today until Rudi convinced me to bring him down for some fun (a walk). hahaa... somehow, like a little naughty playful kid, he insisted on having a go at the pokemon machine at the mamashop... was nice I caught it on cam! hahahahaha!

Muay Thai Exhibition and The WWE

back from the exhibition in Clarke Quay! n yes it was fun! haha, i got to be a corner man yesterday but today was my turn to get into the ring and do an exhibition fight with Sunny! haha!

Was pretty funny how the plan didnt turn out quite as choreographed, but hope we looked good! See, the plan was to wow n impress the crowd more than anything, so we were both like WWE fighters for a night! lol, great fun. Hope my fight on the 31st will be equally enjoyable yeah!

Muay Thai Exhibition at Clarke Quay

Dear Friends!

On the 16th and 17th of March, Friday and Saturday! There will be a Muay Thai PRE-Event Exhibition at Clarke Quay (in the middle where the fountain is). This exhibition is in promotion of the March 31st fights!

Starting at 6pm you will see a display of Muay Thai Demos by the various Gyms from around the Island including Combat Academy, where i'm from. There will also Interactive Games and Quiz for the audience to win tickets to the main event.

I'll be going down so if you're interested... see you there!

Muay Thai Fight on March 31st

after my boxing fight, juz got news that the march 31st muay thai fight for me is probably on. so i've gotta jump right in to some hard training! its only like 2 wks away... n muay thai is ALOT ALOT more demanding than boxing. Really hope I get through it well!

PLs come down and support if you can its part of the SINGAPORE MUAY THAI EXPLOSION 1 (details 2 posts below) so although this time round you guys need to buy tickets... i still rly hope to have your fantastic support once again!

My Boxing Fight

Yesterday was Combact Academy's In-House boxing competition at the FULL MOON BEACH BAR, and my first ever fight!

Many thanks to everyone at the gym! must have been hard work organising n helping us prepare. Thanks to my supporters haha! kenneth, adil, joel, shaun, mike n gf, jackie n gf, chengyan! thanks for showing up, for the great company n support haha!

thanks to cameraman pang who recorded the fights on my n73. not very clear, but then better than nothing i guess haha... brilliant commentary in the vid too...

i don't think i did particularly well though, was kinda disappointed after the fight... this means i need to work even harder! but i guess its still great to start off with a win! hopefully the next time will be better!!

Amatuer Boxing Competition

There will be an amatuer boxing competition next SAT 10th MARCH from 12pm to 5pm. It will be held at Full Moon Beach Bar, EastCoast Costa Sands.

Apparently the ring will be set up in the bar itself and as far as i know its free admission. Ruben, ChengYan and I will be fighting so if you're free pls come down to support!!

today, during training, i was dealt a near fatal killer blow. no, i was not kicked and knocked out in 7 secs... but i was hit with the news that i will be fighting in 2 additional fights in march.

omg, one alr like not stressful enough. So in total, i ll be fighting 1 boxing fight on march 10, one exhibition muay thai on march 16&17, and one amatuer muay thai fight on march 31st! (before my instructor's pro fight) thats like 3 fights in a month. my balls r in my throat now. and yes ashley, no furballs, they're all shaven clean.

no denying, even tough training may not be enough to ensure i survive March, so pls include me in ur prayers and well wishes!! muahaha

Aaron 'The Ghost' Fisher

haha, this is damn funny, well, I've been learning/training at combat academy for about 4 months now. At the moment, we have Aaron 'The Ghost' Fisher training us. He's from Tiger Pitt in Phuket and will be taking our training up until April when he goes back. He's a professional fighter and fought in the recent first ever King of the Cage in Singapore, winning in the first round.

He'll be fighting a pro muay thai competition on march 31st right here in Singapore for a WMC belt! So good luck AARON!! SUCK IT UP!!! YOU"RE NOT GONNA QUIT ON ME ARE YOU?!? haha, this vid below is real funny, Aaron told me to look it up youtube so i'm sharing with you guys, he's the one in the blue shorts.

Amatuer Muay Thai

Amatuer Muay Thai competition was held at Tanglin CC last SAT. 4 guys from our gym Combat Academy took part. Heres a vid of Gabe's fight. Although he lost, i think he did very well considering he's a boxer and only start muay thai for about 1 month. He;s in blue.




By the way, my first amatuer fight is confirmed on 10th March. Ruben is fighting too. Its boxing however. But, sooner or later i will be doing Muay Thai since thats what i train anyway. =x

Young Singh Hammers Old Manjan

Shaun Bayee Singh beats up Lao Puay. He was on his way to meet his friends to play dota, however while on the bus, an old lao puay recognised him from his gangland days and started taunting him. Cries of "Heyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy , what colour what colour what colour what colour what colour what colour what colour what colour what colour what colour what colour what colour what colour what colour what colour what colour what colour what colour what colour what colour what colour what colour what colour what colour what colour what colour what colour what colour what colour" spewed out relentlessly from the mouth of the lao puay with the rest of the bus commuters joining in the fun by adding in the "HAIIK!" Mr Singh however tolerated everything and alighted from the bus, but when the Lao Puay suddenly pinched his ass and asked him, " eh you Bayeeee u like to play backside right? haha", Singh lost it and what happens next can be seen in the video.
